Shipping and handling charges:
Domestic Media Mail - $3 for first book and $2 for each additional book.
(Shipping charges waived for 10 or more copies sent by Domestic Media Mail)
Domestic Priority Mail - $6 for the first book and $4 for each additional book.
International Surface Mail - $6 for the first book and $4 for each additional book.
International Air Mail- $12 for the first book and $8 for each additional book.

Refund policy: Refunds are given only if ordered merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment. If this happens you should first notify Etz Haim Press by e-mail at mailto:contact@etzhaimpress.com. If the material ordered did not arrive after a reasonable amount of time you may choose either to obtain a refund or have it sent again. (A reasonable time is 2-4 weeks for domestic mail, 6-8 weeks for international mail and 2 weeks for priority or air mail.) |
